Popular Ottawa Citizen columnist Dan Garner has published his first book entitled "Risk: The Science and Politics of Fear". He will be speaking about the book during the Writers Festival at the Library and Archives of Canada on Saturday, April 19 at noon. Tickets are $12 at the door.
